Niagara and Sedona Applied - Applications

applicationsThe power of the Niagara and Sedona Frameworks and the flexibility of their programming have proven themselves in a wide variety of applications, from the smallest devices to the largest enterprise solution.


The ability to seamlessly integrate all the devices and systems with different applications, capabilities and ubiquity that only the Niagara and Sedona Frameworks can deliver. This session looks at how the
implementation Niagara platforms continues to transform different industries delivering the power, performance, flexibility and immersive experiences required of today’s marketplace.

The sessions within this track drill down into the application engineering side of the Niagara and Sedona Frameworks with a focus on deployed applications and successes as well as best practices using the Frameworks.

This session looks at Tridium’s three newest JACEs (JACE-700, EcoJACE and soon to be released NXT) and provides a preview of our next generation battery less JACE. In addition, this session will include a discussion on Touchscreen Displays and the Z-Wave Wireless Option Card and Sedona Option Card. This session will repeat on Tuesday.

Niagara Best Practices and New Enhancements Niagara

Niagara 3.5 is the latest release of the NiagaraAX platform. The release has new usability and scalability functions such as Platform Tunneling and Program Module Builder Support, Floating License Repository, Writable Niagara Virtual Components, On-call Alarm Service, Station-based discovery and more. This session provides a detailed overview of the key new features and capabilities of 3.5. This session provides a high level demonstration of new features. An additional session will focus on the supervisor auto configuration (export tag) feature.

The Niagara Appliance allows partners to create easy to install and commission products that utilize a predefined application.
