Organizations have an opportunity to optimize their exposure at the Niagara Summit through a variety of sponsorship and exhibitor programs.
Each level provides you with equal time to display your products/services-over 8 hours of direct contact time. There will be no conflicting workshops or panel discussions planned during the exhibit times.
There are three different level of sponsorship support:

Platinum Sponsor-$12,000
Platinum-level sponsors will be recognized in pre-conference promotional activities and throughout the conference. The package includes:
- On-site visibility-Large, four-color graphic of logo prominently displayed on all signage for the duration of the conference.
- Large company logo prominently displayed on the Niagara Summit website homepage with a link to the sponsoring company’s website.
- Corporate logo with live link to website throughout the email campaign to thousands of industry leaders.
- Verbal recognition of your sponsorship and commitment to the Niagara community during all General Sessions.
- Four Niagara Summit passes to cover food and beverage along with full access to workshops and panel discussions.
- Premium 10’ x 20’ exhibit space, with high-speed Internet access, and preferred location status for optimal exposure.
- Cycling electronic display of company logo on general session screen during breaks including prior to and after general sessions, cocktail hours, exhibits, and lunches.
- Sponsors committing by December 15 will be recognized in the event brochure and pre-event promotions.
- The opportunity to distribute, through Tridium with prior approval, promotional materials, gifts, or other premiums.
- Platinum-level sponsorships are limited
Gold Sponsor-$6,000
Gold-level sponsors will be recognized in all pre-conference promotional activities and throughout the conference. The package includes:
- On-site visibility-Four-color graphic of logo prominently displayed on signage for the duration of the conference (second tier size).
- Company logo prominently displayed on the sponsor page of Niagara Summit website with a link to the sponsoring company’s website.
- Corporate logo with live link to website throughout the email campaign to thousands of industry leaders.
- Two Niagara Summit passes to cover food and beverage along with full access to workshops and panel discussions.
- 10’ x 10’ exhibit space, with high-speed Internet access.
- Cycling electronic display of company logo with other gold level sponsors on the general session screen during breaks including prior to and after general sessions, cocktail hours, exhibits, and lunches.

The package includes:

- One Niagara Summit passes to cover food and beverage along with full access to workshops and panel
discussions.
- The opportunity to distribute, through Tridium with prior approval, promotional materials, gifts, or other premiums.
