General Contractor

Global Experience Specialists (GES) is the official general services contractor for the 2012 Niagara Summit. GES will be sending the Exhibitor Services Kit soon.

Internet Services

Wireless access to the internet is included as part of your exhibit/sponsor fee. If you require a wired connection, you will need to order and pay for this through the Red Rock hotel. An order form will be included in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitors have the option of renting a lead retrieval system. Additional information, including order forms, will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit. A FAQ is available for review.

ActiveEvents is the lead management provider for the 2012 Niagara Summit and is pleased to offer the Swiftium solution to exhibitors. The Swiftium solution will add value to your team's lead data capture and sales follow-up processes.

Exhibitors will have the opportunity to order devices and customize surveys to gather specific lead information capture needs as well as customer interests. You may customize up to 20 questions in your survey at no additional charge. Your questions will automatically appear on your device once you pick it up from us onsite. Additionally, you will have access to your data on-line during the event through a secure website. You will have online access to download your leads throughout the duration and 60 days post event.

The Swiftium device is Blackberry lead retrieval unit designed to help with lead data capture, lead qualification and sales follow-up processes. The devices capture data quickly and easily, synchronizing leads in real-time within a secure website. Users simply log in online to get up-to-the-minute access to their leads.

Devices are $250 each and the early bird pricing deadline is April 24, 2012. You may also order devices onsite for $275.
